What we collect

The details you enter in our questionnaire (name, email, phone, country, city, contact and language preferences, and your answers about the property you are looking for), and how you reached this site: the advertising campaign, the page you landed on and the website that referred you.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare information for your call, and contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about it. We also measure which campaigns bring enquiries so we can improve our advertising.

Who processes it

Your data is stored in our customer management system, operated for us by our marketing agency. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and enquiries; Meta and Google receive technical data about your visit under their own policies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact about your enquiry or a purchase, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@apexglobalre.com. Replying “STOP” to any of our messages also works.
